Video content
- Preparatory phases for the hiring interview (before and during the interview);
- Four interviews (three interviews with one applicant and one interviewer and another interview whit three employers present);
- Four types of applicants (a woman going back to work after 5 years off the job market, one immigrant, a woman in a non-traditional job and a young drop-out);

All this information is presented in a 75 minute movie featuring Dino Tavarone, known for his excellent performance in Omertà, Christian de la Cortina, an actor from the Brome-Missisquoi region, who played Luis in Watatatow and is currently playing Carlo Suarez, a massage therapist in the hit tv series “Destinées”. The video tool can be presented as an educational movie in its entirety, but the counsellor also has the option to select an interview to be presented to a specific clientele depending on the needs of the intervention.
Counsellor’s guide content
The guide contains educational activities related to the video. In the second section of the guide, additional activities are offered in order to optimize the use of this tool.
